Personalized services designed to meet your needs. You pay for your time! You decide you want just massage, just Manual Lymph Drainage, just energy work, or just life coaching. Or you can combine services to tailor your session to fit your needs! I look forward to welcoming you to my office in NE Cedar Rapids.

1 Hour - $90
1 1/2 Hour -$120
1/2 Hour - $60 (Not available for full-body massage)
Customized Time available (ex. 45 min or 75 min) - please request when booking.
For In-Home Sessions, please add $25 to the cost of your service, for travel within a 5 mile radius of my office. At this time, I am not scheduling more distant work unless it is a full-day/multiple sessions. Contact me for more information.
Couples Massage: Unfortunately I am NOT able to book couples (simultaneous) massages. I am the only massage therapist, and only have 2 hands!

Trauma-Centered Services
Most of us have experienced traumatic events. For some, those experiences create life-long impacts. Research has shown that many times trauma actually becomes stored in the body, creating pain and dysfunction without a specific physical cause. Massage is one way to begin to work out those body-held experiences. However, for many, touch has become unsafe.
The Touch Reintegration program I am developing will allow you to explore safe, professional touch within the limits of what you feel comfortable with. These sessions include extensive feedback and tailoring to your needs and goals. I do strongly suggest working with a professional mental health counselor while learning to manage touch again. As with all our massage services, no part of the session will include any type of sexual touch.
